Terms and Conditions


These Terms and conditions of Sale and Delivery (Conditions) apply for purchase of items on "Delaparts.com" (Delaparts), located at https://www.delaparts.com, which are operated by DOUBLEBOTTOM LLC. Therefore, kindly read the Conditions thoroughly, before you place an order.


Prices

The prices indicated are including delivery to your chosen destination worldwide.
The shipping cost for delivery everywhere* is always included in the price.
*You must specify the place where EMS can be delivered. Otherwise we may cancel the order without any prior notification.
You may notice prices differ daily due to exchange rate fluctuations, however once you purchase an item the price will be fixed at the time of purchase.

Odering and Contacting

When you need any assistance of purchasing, you may contact Delaparts Support Team; at support@delaparts.com
Auto parts of Japanese makers(TOYOTA, NISSAN, etc) on Delaparts are for right hand drive models only.
Auto parts of European and American(Merc, Cadillac, etc) are for both right/left hand drive.
You must make sure when purchasing auto parts which differ between right and left drive before placing an order.
Once you have ordered an item from Delaparts, you will initially receive an order confirmation and when the payment has been processed, you will receive an invoice.
The item you purchased will appear in your order history (https://www.delaparts.com/orderhistory)

Payment

Delaparts accepts the following means of payment:
- Paypal
- Credit cards by Stripe

Shipping

The shipping cost is included in the price.
Our items aim to be delivered to the place you specify within 7-14 days after you order.
Our product will be shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service) from Japan post.
You may specify the location which EMS can be delivered, otherwise we will cancel the order without any prior notification.
If we cancel the order, you will recieve cancellation mail. Refunds will be processed by your chosen payment method.

If the package is bigger than 3.0 meter size (Long+Width+Height) or weight is more than 30 kg or more, the shipping will be delayed.
Please expect 10-14 days more than standard shipping as a delivery date.
The order will be cancelled if we could not find the way to ship the bigger size, and funds refunded by your chosen payment method.

The shipping schedule is written on your confirmation email.
However the inventory status and the scheduled delivery date are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays due to force majeure-like conditions, including war, civil unrest, natural disasters, strikes and lockouts, failing supplies of raw materials, fire,
damage to Delaparts or suppliers' production manufacturing facilities, failing transportation options, import or export conditions, and any other and/or epidemic that delays,
restricts or makes it impossible for Delaparts to deliver the item.

Recieving

Upon receipt of the item, you should ensure that the item is in accordance to what you have ordered.
You may follow the step of your country post office to recieve if the customer is not present to receive the item, and as the item is not just to be placed at the delivery address.
If you find defaults or defects in the item, you must contact Delaparts support team and explain the nature of the problem (see "Return & Refund" ).

Return & Refund

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days only if product defects.
The right of cancellation expires 15 days after the item has been received.
You may contact Delaparts support team (support@delaparts.com) within 14 days after the item has been recieved.
In any case, we will not cover your return shipping charges.

IMPORTANT; In the following cases, we will not be able to process a refund
・The item is returned without approval.
・There's no item defaults or defects and no reasonable reasons.
・The condition of the returned item doesn't match to the return reason you explained to Delaparts support team.
・There's missing return information (e.g. Reference No.), part, or accessories for the returned item.
・The returned item is not the one you chose to return.
・The item was returned to a different address from the one indicated during the return process.
・The item was returned without payment or cash on delivery.
In the case of a claimed returned item not being approved by Delaparts based on the above, any shipping charges for the resend of item shall be at the cost of the purchaser.

We will send you a return form after your claim is proceed.
You may follow steps below;
・Fill in the return form correctly
・Print out the return form
・Pack the item adequately
・Paste the return form on the out side of package
・Ship it to us by EMS
・Contact Delaparts support team with the tracking number

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.
Return shipping charges will not be refunded in any case.

General

We,Delaparts.com have made promise to help your car life.
In the following cases, we reserve the right to cancel any incomplete order without any prior notification.
・The item cannot be recieved from manufacturers or suppliers
・Product failure is found by pre-check before shipping.
・The force majeure conditions happen before you recieved the item.
・If the package is oversized and EMS could not handle and we could not find a reasonable replacement shipper.
In any case of these, the cancellation mail will be sent and refund will be processed as soon as possible.

We have no responsibility for any import taxes.
We do not support you even if the parts cannot be imported due to your local restrictions.
You may check import terms in your country before ordering.
Our contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
